[BIP173] "Bech32" is a checksummed base32 format, and a standard for native segregated witness output addresses. A scheme for using Bech32 encoding for generalized cryptographic seeds is proposed.
This class can be used by applications which need to read raster data or single profil files in the popular BCR format. All dimensional values used by this class are in units of meter.
