Cheesy Lentil Bake This is a cheap, easy, 6 ingredient dinner, that uses up that packet of red lentils you've got, lurking at the back of the cupboard 😅 This is a so cheesy and so tasty...I reckon even lentil sceptics will like this one! You can eat this hot or cold, so leftovers are brilliant for lunch. Its really filling, just have it with salad and maybe some buttery new potatoes. It works as part of a meat free mini roast too!
