Day 14: Chilaquiles Recipe / Process Ingredients • Tortillas • Oil • Eggs • El Pato sauce • Beans • Onion • Salt & pepper Instructions Tortilla Chips • Cut tortillas into triangle shapes • Heat a good amount of oil in a pan • Fry tortillas in batches until crispy Beans • Use homemade or canned beans • In a pan, fry some onion and arbol chile • Add the beans and cook for a bit • Mash with a potato masher • Season with salt Eggs • Fry eggs any way you like Sauce • Fry onion in a pan • Pour in 2 ca
