Sometimes during a session, the body begins to move on its own, little twitches, subtle shifts, or spontaneous movements. In this video, you can see my client beginning to twitch as her body starts to release tension it’s been holding onto, sometimes for years. These movements are a sign that her nervous system is finally allowing what’s been stored, stress, trauma, or unresolved emotions, to begin letting go.
