Today we have a lobby tour of The Rockfall with Michael Laudati from Michael Laudati Restoration, who specializes in creative and historically appropriate designs for prewar apartment building lobbies. The Rockfall apartment house, at 111th Street and Broadway was built in 1910 by George and Edward Blum architects. Michael Laudati restored the lobby with items from Olde Good Things.
