MINATAMIS NA KAMOTE with SAGO INGREDIENTS: 2 big kamote (sweet potato) 1 dark brown sugar 3 cups of water 1 tsp vanilla extract PROCEDURE: Washed, peel and cut the kamote. Soak in the water, set aside. Pour the water into the pot, let boil. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Drain the water and put in the kamote. Cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes.
