A fatal hit-and-run crash is under investigation in Philadelphia. Police say the incident happened Friday night around 8:56 PM at Whitaker and Wyoming Avenues. A vehicle struck a 63-year-old woman who was crossing in the crosswalk, then fled the scene. The driver briefly looked at the victim before continuing northbound. The vehicle, a white 2012 Infiniti M37, was later found abandoned nearby. The victim was transported to Temple Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The investigation remains
