42 reactions · 6 comments | The rings fallout is one of the best strength exercises for the core and lats. I’m not a fan of the ab wheel rollout because it can impingement the shoulders. Rings allow your arms to move out to the 10 and 2 o’clock positions to avoid impingement. Start with your knees on the floor, and work up to 10 full ROM reps.
