After making an alignment setup using the oem hummer shafts, I spent the day building fixures a fine tuning all of the dimensions of this axle. The castor is °5.25 and the pinion angle will be 90° at ride height. WMS to WMS is 72" before brakes. Tomorrow I will make the decision between reusing the hummer ball joints or using bolts with brass bushings. Huge shout out @59fiat_theghoulie for the lathe work on these hummer axle shafts!
